Absolutely the best! The entire team at facility is tops! From the administration, counselors and techs. They are there for you. They want to see you succeed. My time there was instrumental in breaking old behaviors and developing life skills that have truly benefited not only myself but my entire family. I can not say enough but this is truly the best IOP in the area. Professional, clean, and it’s all about you!

A New Start was a life changing experience. This was my third attempt at Treatment. My previous two times yielded only short term success. I have nearly eleven months clean and sober today. The sobriety I’m experiencing is a far more fulfilling one than in the past. I’m happier, healthier, more spiritually fit than ever before in my life. The staff at A New Start treated me with dignity and respect. Their knowledge of addiction is second to none. I will be forever in debt to A New Start for showing me a way to a life that’s even greater than my wildest dreams. A New Start is an amazing place. It opened the doors for me to start living my life to the fullest! I’m an alumni of a new start inc and I have to say without this place I don’t know where I would be today. Between the group therapy sessions, the private therapy sessions, and the helpful case management staff, a new start provided me with the right care and attention I needed on my path to recovery. The individual sessions with my therapist were the push and motivation I always needed and over all really prepared me for the real world I was hiding from for so long. I was given the tools I needed in order to live an honest and purposeful life beyond my wildest dreams. I now have a house of my own with a loving partner and a beautiful, healthy baby on the way, and we couldn’t be happier. Because of everything a new start has taught me and prepared me for, I am now able to live a life I never thought was even possible. The most legit and clinically sound IOP. All staff is credentialed, The drug testing is based on where each individual client is at. I would recommend any loved one to attend this program!!!!

I am an alumni of A New Start, Inc. and attended their IOP program for 10 months, and thank God for the clinical care I received there, which include all Masters-level clinicians. I was so incredibly spiritually and emotionally broken from alcoholism I honestly didn't know the true from the false anymore. A New Start provided me with a place to grow spiritually, in a safe, caring, and quality environment. The clinical care I received from my individual therapist was second-to-none. I have never clicked with a therapist the way I clicked with the therapist I had at A New Start. They were more than willing to work with my schedule when I got a new job, and continued to be patient with me despite my many emotional and physical struggles in early sobriety. While I don't believe that I can credit any specific treatment center or institution for "saving my life," I whole-heartedly believe I wouldn't be sober today if it wasn't for A New Start and the accountability and structure I received there. Today I have an incredible job, a car that I fully own, and a fantastic apartment. My family begs to come see me (that wasn't always the case) and next week I get to see my sister after 10 years of robbing her of the sister she deserved because of my alcoholism. The gifts are real, and they are tangible. My only regret is I wish I would have utilized the groups, resources, and the time that I spent here more.

I cant express in words the true gratitude i will forever have for A New Start and my experience going through their clinical program. When i was a spiritually shattered, shell of a human being, A New Start and their staff helped me back on my feet and gave me the hope i was searching for. I had no insurance, i had no money, and yet they scholarshipped me into their facility. The fact that they did that is a testimony in itself to how they operate. They genuinely wanted to help, and so they did. They provided that essential platform i so desperately needed to begin my journey into sober living and obtaining a happy, joyous life. Without having gone through A New Start's program, i know i would not be the person i am today. Across the board, from owner to case management to therapists and medical staff, my experience with all areas has been nothing short of amazing. The care and direction i was given not only helped mold me to become a better person, but i can now use that guidance to pass along to the next suffering addict the way it was so freely given to me.

After being on the show intervention and going through probably 30 other rehab's and sober living's and IOP throughout the country i was back using over and over.Than i become a homeless/helpless heroin again living on the streets of Florida. It wasnt until i met the people of A NEW START that took me in with no money, no insurance and introduced me to my new family and personally showed me how to get sober and stay sober while having fun and not struggling while doing it.No joke, i met the best friends of my life and still are to this day. 4 years later living back up North i still talk to them at least once a week. I owe my life to them!!!! Best success rate of people staying sober that i saw while i was down there.

I have been through programs like A New Start all ove the United States. I'm not saying this to brag, I'm saying this to show experience. I NEVER throw my name on the line for people, places or things, but I also give credit where credit is due. A New Start helped me regain my place in society. They set me up with a therapist who was perfect for me. They loved me up. They set rules and structured my life for the time I was there, so when I discharged, it was a lot easier for me to enter the real world without fear. I feel I could ever give back as much as they have helped and given me. I get calls and messages weekly from members of their team just checking in on me. When people ask about a program, A New Start is always and will always be my first suggestion. I am forever grateful.

I have been working professionally with treatment centers in Palm Beach County for four years and at the IOP level of care, NO ONE is providing better clinical care than A New Start Inc. They employ amazing therapists that communicate well with patients, family, and supports. Their clinical director Michelle sets the bar extremely high in what she expects from her staff, and they deliver. Their group facilitators are young and relatable and the patients connect. A New Start will give second chances, but they don'y keep a revolving door of patients. They continually do what is in the best favor of the patient and their recovery. A New Start Inc is by far the expert and the premiere standard for intensive outpatient treatment.

I'm a client at a new start now and the dog the woman in the post before me was speaking of was so afraid of its own shadow that it would barely let anyone touch it. You can tell it was severely abused. Luckily we as a group have been rehabilitating the dog so it doesn't have to live on fear anymore. Your brother doesn't deserve the dog. A new start is a wonderful place.
