This place saved my.life and got me on the right path. I was skeptical at first because I just felt like I was switching out one addiction for another but I really understand this medicine a lot more now because it killed all cravings to get high and kept me level headed while I repaired my mental side of myself and gave me time to slowly wean down and prepare myself mentally for sobriety. There's a lot more work you need to do to stay sober then just going to a clinic and getting medicated everyday but this certainly helps a lot of people. The fact that you go from probably spending hundreds a day on dope to $16 a day to be dosed with methadone makes life so much more manageable and for the first time in decades my bank accounts all have plenty of money in them and my life had been the most stable it has been in over 20 year's and I just started methadone a few months ago. Not having to go to the hood to hunt for dope everyday and saving the money and everything else that comes with making the switch is just life changing I can't even begin to explain but that's the best I can do you just have to take the leap and give it a try yourself honestly I'm pissed at myself that I didn't know about this place years ago because I could have saved myself tons of grief and money spent on rehabs that never worked n cost me thousands per visit had I just knew about and tried this first!!! Now I feel like I'll never need to chase heroin dope or any kind of opiate high ever again and feel determined that not only will I never use illegal drugs again but that I'll also eventually be able to kick the methadone as well when I'm ready and that's the beauty of methadone is that you get to make that choice of when you think your ready to start coming off of it entirely instead of being forced to do so!!!!

After coming to this place for a while now, I would have to say that it is ran pretty well. My counselor meets with me once a month and always remembers what we spoke about last time. The nice lady in charge is amazing, she is always out on the floor talking to clients and always in a good mood. The nurses are great too, they always ask how I am and take their time. If I had any complaints, I’d say the price is too high, it costs a nice truck payment every month here. If they could cut that in half this place would be great.

Great place to go to change your life. The clinical director is very professional and compassionate about helping her patients. The staff is amazing. They totally turned my life around for the better. I couldn't thank them enough. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for help by a caring staff.

I live in Massachusetts. I guest dose when I come to Florida. There are closer clinics to my families home, but I prefer to dose at WPBTC when I'm visiting. The staff is polite and respectful---there are never any issues with my treatment.....even though I am not a member of their clinic--they treat me as if I were. I have been able to set up guest dosing there with 24 hours notice. Makes my life easier. When traveling; it is the worst thing to have to worry about your dose.....Thanks to WPBTC....I never have to worry.

Great place to work the Counselors and staff are amazing it is very inviting and family like I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at New Seasons Palm Beach Treatment Center.

They do help you stay off street drugs but with the help of a licensed counciler. I did not have one for about 3 months. I had been clean for months and wanted my take homes( meds you get to take home and not have to come in every morning) so...it took me longer to get them even though I was owed! I finally got them but Im still owed 2 more. My new counciler is very nice and she did get me another take home but I need to have a session with her so we can get a better feeling for each other. My last counciler was very supportive and helped me a lot. They are always losing councilers and getting new ones. I hear they do not pay enough. They should bc that place makes a lot of money! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was bc the line is crazy sometimes and they should have more nurses working. But it gets 10 stars compared to the one in Hollywood FL. They are very small and only have one or two nurses working at a time. So they always have a line. But both places the staff is always nice to me. And I feel they want to help.

In the last 6 months they have become a better clinic. Wait times are usually minimal and the employees are usually polite. I never like being stereo typed but it does happen on occasion, mostly because turnover can be a bit of an issue. If your serious about getting control of your life, this is a good TOOL you can use in the road to sobriety. You do have to jump a few hoops hence the "seriousness" aspect.

Staff hung up on me when I called with a question. They didn't answer when I called back and they were open. However they do deal with their patients well. And the counseling sessions are consistent. Employees are nice and helpful as long as your in person. They don't allow clients to loiter in front like other places so there's no rifraff.

They are very caring at first and empathetic, one a few weeks of that it's gone they treat you you like trash like you don't mean anything to anyone

Been to both central florida treatment center on lake worth road, and west palm beach treatment center on forest hill Blvd. The latter, west palm TC is without a doubt the better of the 2. No question. Lake worth talks down to their patients, and is obviously concerned with $ only. West Palm, while obviously concerned with their profit margin, at least makes an attempt to listen and understand individual patients situations. If you are deciding which one to go to, do yourself a favor and go to the WPBTC, on forest hill Blvd. It is a dollar a day more, but that is a small price to pay for a much nicer and well run establishment.

Have been coming here since 2008 and can honestly say the clinic has kept me alive. I owe a debt to this place, it is a guiding light in this dark world.

This is my 2nd go at it. The first time i was just seeing wat it was all about and did not have much faith in the program as i let myself down many times. Nothing worked yet.I tried cold turkey 3 times and detox 2 times. After being introduced to the methadone way of getting clean i see this acrually works and u dont have to go thru hell trying to get clean. This method appears to have the best success rate. Its at least worth a try.

I am new to the program been here 2 months now, and my life has changed so much i don't know where i would've been right now probably dead if i wouldn't of made this decision i am truely blessed that i found this program. Methadone works alot of people talk bad about this medicine, i think because they are ignorant and don't know how it really works . If you do it the right way it does work trust me.

I was a patient for fifteen years on and off. To detox property you need to do it very slow. I came down only 2mg. At only 2mg a week I came down and never missed a day of work and did not lose any sleep. I came in on monday morning and told Ann the nurse to drop me 4mg instead of only 2mg and she said if I drop you 4mg your cup would be empty. I said thanks but I don't think 4mg is going to do anything and walked out and never returned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm very thankful to had found such a caring and trusting place. I'm a little over 2 years there and my life is much better, I got / still getting. My life together. Now it's up to you if you want to get clean, but the council is wonderful, it's always nice to talk when you need that, they are there for you.
